Santa Rita Elementary School Parent Checklist

The Parent Checklist will help your family get ready for school. It includes items that are "required" for you to take action on and items that are "encouraged" to act on. Electronic Back-to-School Packet

As part of the Santa Rita PTA’s ongoing efforts to improve online tools and communications for the school, we are pleased to present the new and improved online Back-to-School Packet for 2010-2011. This packet contains important information about Santa Rita and the Los Altos School District, documents and forms for your review and completion before school begins on August 24, and registration forms for events and programs coming up early in the school year.

The signup process should take ten to fifteen minutes and will take you through six forms and documents:

1. PTA Membership and School Directory Order Forms
2. PTA Direct Donation Form
3. Birthday Book Club Program Form
4. Bobcat Chase Registration Form
5. Community Partnership document

It is essential that you complete all the forms/documents from beginning to end. If you did not get to the last page, you have not completed the forms.
