Make Your Next Purchase Count for Santa Rita. Register for eScrip Today!

What Is eScrip?
eScrip is the easiest way to raise funds for Santa Rita. With eScrip, Santa Rita automatically receives cash donations each time you use your eScrip registered loyalty, credit, or debit card at the over 150 participating eScrip merchants such as Safeway, Draegers, Andronicos, Whole Foods Market, Mollie Stones, Piazza Fine Foods, Big 5, Eddie Bauer, Payless Shoes, Round Table Pizza, LeBoulanger, A.G. Ferrari, Orchard Supply Hardware, and OfficeMax. Registration and participation cost you nothing, so invest the less than five minutes in takes to register today.

eScrip is run by ESI (Electronic Scrip Inc.) a California based corporation dedicated to establishing relationships between commerce and community to provide resources to organizations that support children.

How do I register for EScrip?

  1. Go to www.escrip.com
  2. Click on “sign up”
  3. Check “Group Name” and type in Santa Rita School.
(Santa Rita's group ID number is 135936592 )
  4. Follow the on-line instructions to complete your registration. You are only required to provide a first and last name, address, and one loyalty, credit or debit card number. Phone number, e-mail address, child's ages, and additional card numbers are optional. Of course to maximize the donations to Santa Rita you will want to register all the cards you typically use when you make a purchase at the eScrip merchants.

If you do not have internet access, but would like to register contact Cindy Walden, the eScrip Coordinator for Santa Rita.

How does eScrip protect my privacy and personal information?
Once you click on “sign up” or “myescrip” a secure link is established (note how http in the address window changes to https. Also note the padlock graphic which appears at the bottom of your browser) and all information sent between you and eScrip in encrypted. Escrip maintains state of the art technology to keep your data secure within its data center.

Escrip will not sell or rent your personal information. Escrip merchants are only permitted to contact you with joint eScrip/merchant promotions not merchant only promotions.

Does Santa Rita get a contribution from all my purchases from eScrip merchants? In general, Santa Rita will get credit for every purchase you make using your registered credit or debit card for payment. Santa Rita will get a contribution for cash purchases made at Safeway provided you use your eScrip registered Safeway Club Card. With the exception of Safeway, Santa Rita will not receive contributions for purchases made with credit or debit cards not registered with eScrip, so if you want to ensure that all your purchases count for Santa Rita, periodically update your eScrip personal data with new and re-issued debit, credit, and loyalty card numbers and expiration dates.

Which merchants participate in eScrip?
Go to www.escrip.com for an up-to-date list of participating merchants. EScrip is continually recruiting new merchants.

What percentage of my purchase is contributed to Santa Rita?
The percent contribution is established by each merchant. Some merchants contribute 10% or more. The average merchant contribution is between 2 and 3 percent. Check www.escrip.com for a merchant's contribution rate.

I Have Children at More than One School.
You can designate up to three groups to receive a percentage of your purchases. Your contribution will be distributed equally among your designated groups.

Why Should I Sign Up?
Our children win when you support eScrip. Last year Santa Rita eScrip supporters purchases added over $16,500 to Santa Rita's PTA fund. Our PTA goal for the 2006-2007 school year is to earn $25,000 from eScrip. EScrip will account for 17% of the year's funds which will be used to provide assemblies, science aides, science programs and supplies, art programs and supplies, library, music, classroom supplies, technology maintenance, Junior Olympics and other programs to our children.
