Order Santa Rita Spirit Wear and Support the PTA!

Three Easy Ways to Order:

• Fill out the Spirit Wear form in the Back to School Packet, or


• Fill out and submit an Onlne Spirit Wear Order Form, or


• Print out and complete a PDF Spirit Wear Order Form. PDF forms must be delivered to the spirit wear box in the school office by September 7, 2011.

Forms and Payment must be submitted by September 7, 2011

Each family’s Spirit Wear order will be delivered to the eldest child’s classroom around November 1, 2011. Please note that Spirit Wear may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders for Spirit Wear will be accepted only until September 7, 2011, and additional Spirit Wear orders may not be made until the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.
