Witches' Delight and Spooky Silent Auction
Date: Friday, October 29th, 2010
Time: 3-8pm

Santa Rita’s Witches Delight is back for the 50th year and it’s better than ever! The carnival rides are back for the third year and will include the Dizzy Dragons, Frog Hopper, Kite Swings and new Wild Raft ride! Other attractions include games for all ages, cake walk, obstacle course, cookie decorating, costume contest and more. Churros, cotton candy, and popcorn will be available for sale. Stay late and enjoy rides and dusk and dinner provided by the amazing Santa Rita BBQers! Free admission, tickets are $1 each. Must pay to play. All proceeds benefit the Santa Rita Elementary PTA. Pre-purchase your tickets here (link to form) and pick them up at Will Call on the day of the event. Costumes are encouraged!! All children must be accompanied by a Mummy or Daddy!

Volunteers Needed for Witches' Delight!
Volunteers are currently being recruited by the Room Representatives for grades K-5 (6th graders will have their own activity as they have done in the past). Each class will own a booth or activity. We will still need additional help with Set-Up, Tear Down and Food. Additional help will be needed with Set-Up, Tear Down and Food.
Spooky Silent Auction
Be sure to visit our First Ever Spooky Silent Auction at Witches Delight. The auction will be open from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and will feature fun items for all members of the family! Remember, all proceeds benefit the Santa Rita PTA! Business Donors, please click on Auction Donation Form to make a donation.

Cakes Needed for Cake Walk
Bake a cake for the famous Santa Rita Witches’ Delight cake walk! ‘Best Decorated’ cake contest categories include: Scariest, Funniest, Grossest, Best Spider, Best Pumpkin, Best Witch, Best Ghost, Best Halloween Theme, and Best Cake by a Teacher.
Safety
Please remember that all children must be accompanied by a mummy or daddy. Also, parents are responsible for removing all backpacks and instruments from Santa Rita after school. Santa Rita Elementary is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Costumes
Changing rooms will be available in the upper level of the Multi on the day of the event from 2:50-3:15 pm. Separate boys and girls changing rooms will be accessible at the back of the Multi. Costumes are encouraged as we will have our annual Costume Contest again this year!
