Witches' Delight and Spooky Silent Auction

Santa Rita’s Witches Delight is back for the 51st year and it’s better than ever! The carnival rides are back for the third year and will include the Dizzy Dragons, Frog Hopper, Kite Swings and Wild Raft ride! Other attractions include games for all ages, cake walk, obstacle course, cookie decorating, costume contest and more. Churros, cotton candy, and popcorn will be available for sale. Stay late and enjoy rides and dusk and dinner provided by the amazing Santa Rita BBQers! Free admission, tickets are $1 each. Must pay to play. All proceeds benefit the Santa Rita Elementary PTA. Pre-Order your tickets, below. Costumes are encouraged!! All children must be accompanied by a Mummy or Daddy!
Tickets
Pre-order your Witches Delight Carnival tickets through Google Check-out and save time and money! Note that the following ticket bundles are discounted and will only be offered to those that pre-purchase tickets. Tickets on the day of Witches Delight will be $1 per ticket payable either via cash or check. No discounts will be offered the day of the event. Ticket bundles are:
- 25 tickets for $20
- 50 tickets for $40
- 75 tickets for $60
- 100 tickets for $80
Online ticket purchases must be completed by Friday, October 21st. Please pickup your pre-ordered tickets at the will-call table next to the pre-sales ticket table on Wednesday 10/26 or Thursday 10/27. Tickets will be held under the "Family Name". Ticket bundles can also be purchased by cash or check at the pre-sales table at pickup between 2:15 - 3:15pm on Wednesday, October 26th or Thursday, October 27th.
Spooky Silent Auction
Be sure to visit our Second Annual Spooky Silent Auction at Witches Delight. The auction will be open from 4-8 PM and will feature fun items for all members of the family! Remember, all proceeds benefit the Santa Rita PTA!

Cakes Needed for Cake Walk
One of our most popular Witches Delight traditions is the Cake Walk. It is made possible by everyone who graciously donates decorated or store bought cakes. Many cakes are needed to satisfy all of our participants (250 plus) and our Santa Rita bakers can be competitive too! Prizes for the "Best Spider", "Grossest Cake", or "Best Halloween Theme" are just a few of the prize winning themes. Sign up to donate a cake or two. Volunteers will also be needed to run the activity and manage the prizes.

Volunteers Needed for Witches' Delight!
Volunteers will be recruited by the Room Representatives for grades K-5 (6th graders will be running their Snack Shack). Each class will own a booth or activity. We will still need additional help with Set-Up, Tear Down and Food.
Safety
Please remember that all children must be accompanied by a mummy or daddy. Also, parents are responsible for removing all backpacks and instruments from Santa Rita after school. Santa Rita Elementary is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Costumes
Changing rooms will be available in the upper level of the Multi on the day of the event from 2:50-3:15 pm. Separate boys and girls changing rooms will be accessible at the back of the Multi. Costumes are encouraged as we will have our annual Costume Contest again this year!
