Bobcat Tracksters is a non-competitive running/walking club that takes place at Santa Rita's track every Tuesday and Friday morning from 7:30am to 8:15am. Ecology Club
Santa Rita's Ecology Club meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month during lunch. All students are welcome and can join in a variety of ecology based activities. Many of these activities center around the garden planter boxes and include clearing out old gardens, tilling the soil and composting, and planting new gardens, many of which support the garden education classes at Santa Rita. Other activities can include recycling, a visit from the worm (composting) lady, nature scavenger hunts, sampling harvested tomatoes or making a salad from vegies in the garden, exploring the world of pumpkins, creating Earth Day posters, nature and ecology speakers, special book readings and more.
