Santa Rita Elementary School Parent Checklist

The Parent Checklist will help your family get ready for school. It includes items that are "required" for you to take action on and items that are "encouraged" to act on. Online Back-to-School Packet

As part of the Santa Rita PTA’s ongoing efforts to improve online tools and communications for the school, we are pleased to present the new and improved online Back-to-School Packet for 2011-2012. This packet contains important information about Santa Rita and the Los Altos School District, documents and forms for your review and completion before school begins on August 17, and registration forms for events and programs coming up early in the school year.

The signup process should take ten to fifteen minutes and will take you through nine forms and documents:

This online packet will allow you to complete the following items and pay at the end with Google Pay or Check.

1. Become a PTA Member and order School Directories
2. Donate to the PTA
3. Pay for School Supplies
4. Participate in Birthday Book Club Program
5. Contribute to the Witches' Delight Carnival Fund
6. Register for the Bobcat Chase Back-to-School Fun Run & Pancake Breakfast (event is on 8/27/2011)
7. Order Spirit Wear
8. Agree to Santa Rita Traffic & Safety Rules
9. Order Summary

After you complete the Back-to-School packet, be sure to visit the links to: Donate to LAEF, Order Hot Lunch from our new hot lunch vendor and sign up for eScrip and other fundraising efforts.

It is essential that you complete all the forms/documents from beginning to end. If you did not get to the last page, you have not completed the forms.
