I am so happy to be teaching 4th grade at Santa Rita! Teaching has been my dream career since I was in first grade. I had a wonderful teacher who was caring, kind, and showed me how much joy learning can bring. From then on, my hope has been to be that teacher for my own students. I earned my undergraduate degree in child development with a minor in psychology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and graduated from San Jose State University with a Master of Arts in education and a multiple subject teaching credential. Outside of school I like to hike with my dog, spend time with family and friends, and travel (especially to the UK to visit my family!).
