Hi, I'm Ms. Du Preez! I am so excited to be joining the Santa Rita community. I spent the past two years teaching 4th and 5th grade in San Jose, after graduating from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Computer Science and Linguistics. This past summer, I served as a coach for youth rock climbers and taught summer school Computer Science to rising 7th and 8th grade students, while completing coursework to obtain a Masters degree in Education. Also, I have a cat named Latte whose pictures you will see in my classroom. I look forward to meeting everyone and serving our students!
